KETO ALMOND SHORTBREAD
With our delicious Keto Almond Shortbreadsπ₯, savour the taste and skip the guilt as they are made with wholesome ingredients and our trusty ZUKR, absolutely perfect for a cosy afternoon tea, as a sweet snack, or even as a thoughtful gift!ππ¬
P.S. These almond shortbreads are a hit with keto fans and cookie enthusiastsπ₯
Ingredients
1 cup + 2 tbsp almond flour (150g)
1/4 cup powdered ZUKR (50g)
1/2 cup softened unsalted butter (113g)
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Prep Time: 10 mins β³
Approximately 90 calories π
Servings: 18 cookies π₯£
Instructions
Heat oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C). Line sheet with parchment.
Powder ZUKR in blender.
Cream butter and ZUKR; add egg and vanilla.
Mix in almond flour. Chill dough if needed.
Form dough log, and chill for 15-20 mins.
Cut into 18 rounds, and place on a sheet.
Press with a fork, and bake for 12-15 mins until golden.
Cool and store for up to a week. Enjoy!
