Whether you missed the chance to bake over Easter or you're simply looking to extend the joy of homemade treats, these scones are a testament to how we can enjoy our favourite flavours in healthier, more mindful waysπŸ’–

And Let’s not forget the ZUKR, ensuring every bite is as sweet as it is smart!!

So, grab your apron, and let's make this spring a season to remember with tastes that tickle our palates and nourish our bodies 🐣🌷

Ingredients

  1. 350g self-raising flour, plus extra for dusting

  2. 1 tsp baking powder

  3. 85g butter (or alternative), cubed

  4. 4 tbsp ZUKR

  5. 175ml milk (or alternative)

  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract

  7. Egg or milk for glazing

  8. Jam and clotted cream to serve

Prep Time: 20 mins ⏳

Approximately 450 calories πŸ“Š

Servings: 12 servings πŸ₯£

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 220C. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and butter in a bowl. Stir in ZUKR.

  2. Warm milk and vanilla in the microwave for 30 seconds, add to dry ingredients and mix.

  3. Tip dough onto a floured surface, fold gently, then pat into a 4cm thick round.

  4. Cut into scones with a 5cm cutter.

  5. Brush with egg or milk, and bake on a hot tray for 10 mins until golden.

  6.  Serve warm.
