1/2 cup ZUKR, powdered (approx. 100g)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Fresh berries & whipped cream to serve
Method:
Beat egg whites to stiff peaks. Slowly add ZUKR and lemon juice.
Pipe into nests. Bake at 100°C (210°F) for 1 hour. Cool.
Top with whipped cream and fruit.
