DELISH RASPBERRY FOOL - Totally Guilt-Free 

This week, we're thrilled to introduce you to the DELISH Raspberry Fool, a refreshing and utterly delightful dessert that's perfect for any occasion. 

Imagine the tangy sweetness of raspberries, whipped into a light and creamy delight, all without the guilt. Thanks to ZUKR, our organic sugar substitute, this dessert is not just a treat; it's a smart choice for a healthy lifestyle  🍰

Ready to be surprised by how satisfying and energizing a guilt-free dessert can be? And making it ideal for those busy days when you crave something sweet yet wholesome! 🌱✨

Ingredients

  1. 200g raspberries (fresh or frozen)

  2. 40g ZUKR (powdered)

  3. 250g Greek yogurt 

  4. 200ml whipping cream

  5. 10g crushed freeze-dried raspberries

Prep Time: 15 mins ⏳

Approximately 180 calories πŸ“Š

Servings: 4 πŸ₯£

Instructions

  1. Set aside the Powder ZUKR.

  2. Mix half the ZUKR with Greek yoghurt.

  3. Whip cream, and gradually add the remaining ZUKR.

  4. Fold cream into yoghurt.

  5. Prepare raspberries (thaw if frozen).

  6. Place raspberries in serving dishes.

  7. Spoon Fool mixture over raspberries.

  8. Top with crushed freeze-dried raspberries.

  9. Chill for 1 hour
