ROARING DRAGON CUPCAKES
With vibrant colours and flavours that ignite the senses, our Roaring Dragon Cupcakes! ๐๐ฅpromise to be the highlight of your celebration! And don't worry, making them gluten-free is as simple as swapping the flour, ensuring everyone can enjoy a bite of this mythical delight!๐ง
Get ready to impress with a batch of cupcakes that are as bold and beautiful as the dragons they're inspired by!โฌ๏ธ
Ingredients
Cupcakes
150g unsalted butter, softened
150g ZUKR, powdered
3 eggs
120g self-raising flour
30g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
Green Vanilla Frosting
200g unsalted butter, softened
400g ZUKR, powdered
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk
Green food colouring
Topping
12g freeze-dried mango, crumbled
โณ Prep Time: 60 mins
๐ Approximately 192 calories
๐ง Servings: 16 servings
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF). Line muffin tin with liners.
Cream butter and ZUKR until fluffy.
Mix in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Sift in flour, cocoa, and baking powder; fold in.
Add Greek yoghurt to the batter.
Fill liners evenly; bake 18-20 mins. Cool on the wire rack.
Green Vanilla Frosting
Beat butter until creamy. Gradually add ZUKR, then vanilla and milk.
Colour with green food colouring.
Frost-cooled cupcakes.
Topping
Sprinkle with mango.
