I wanted to let you know about a special private event we’re hosting next week, and I would love for you to be a part of it.

After last week’s challenge, the overwhelming interest has been in baking – especially the cupcakes! People have gone mad for them and can’t believe that cupcakes can be part of a healthy diet. We’ve shared our health wins over the last few years, being in the best shape in over 20 years while still enjoying cake! So, we decided to host something small and personal next week, just for a few people, and I thought you might like to join us.
