Ingredients

For the Sponge Cake:

  1. 150g all-purpose flour

  2. 150g ZUKR

  3. 150g unsalted butter, softened

  4. 3 large eggs

For the Tiramisu:

  1. 1 1/2 cups cooled espresso or coffee

  2. 1/2 cup ZUKR, divided

  3. 500g mascarpone cheese

  4. 1 cup heavy cream

  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract

  6. Cocoa powder for dusting

Prep Time: 60 mins ⏳

Approximately 570 calories 📊

Servings: 12 Servings 🥞

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan.

  2. Cream butter and 150g ZUKR, add eggs, then fold in flour. Bake 25-30 mins. Cool.

  3. Slice cake into fingers.

  4. Mix espresso with 60g ZUKR.

  5. Combine mascarpone with 60g ZUKR.

  6. Whip cream with vanilla, and fold into mascarpone.

  7. Layer dipped cake pieces and mascarpone mix in the dish.

  8. Chill tiramisu for 4 hours or overnight.
