Combine actions you want to do with those you need to do through “temptation bundling.” Reward yourself after completing tasks, and engage with a supportive community. For example, reward yourself with a favourite podcast after completing a focused work session.

3. Make It Easy
Break habits into manageable steps using the two-minute rule—start with a version that takes just two minutes. For example, put on your workout clothes to begin exercising.

4. Make It Satisfying
Reward yourself immediately after completing a habit, like enjoying a healthy smoothie post-workout. Use a habit tracker to monitor progress and celebrate achievements.

Ready to indulge in a delightful dessert that’s as satisfying as it is guilt-free? This Tempting Tiramisu with Homemade Sponge is the perfect way to showcase your baking skills while using ZUKR as a sugar alternative. Here’s how to whip up this classic treat!

Ingredients

For the Sponge Cake:

  • 150g (5.3 oz / 1 1/4 cups) all-purpose flour

  • 150g (5.3 oz / 3/4 cup) ZUKR

  • 150g (5.3 oz / 2/3 cup) unsalted butter, softened

  • 3 large eggs

For the Tiramisu:

  • 1 1/2 cups (360ml / 12 oz) cooled espresso or strong coffee

  • 1/2 cup (120g / 4.2 oz) ZUKR, divided

  • 500g (17.6 oz / 2 1/4 cups) mascarpone cheese

  • 1 cup (240ml / 8 oz) heavy whipping cream

  • 1 tsp (5ml / 0.17 oz) vanilla extract

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting

Prep Time: 60 mins | Approximately 570 calories | Servings: 12 servings

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch pan. Mix 150g ZUKR and softened butter together until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time.

  2. Fold in flour until just combined. Pour into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely and cut into 3/4-inch fingers.

  3. Mix cooled espresso or coffee with 1/4 cup ZUKR in a shallow dish. In another bowl, combine mascarpone with the remaining 1/4 cup ZUKR.

  4. Whip heavy cream with vanilla until stiff peaks form and fold into the mascarpone mixture.

  5. Dip sponge fingers into the coffee and layer them in a dish with half of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat with another layer and cover.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Enjoy!
