SUGAR-FREE ZUKR PANCAKE

This week, we're thrilled to share our scrumptious SUGAR-FREE ZUKR Pancake recipe. Get ready to flip some pancakes ๐Ÿณ and create joyful memories ๐ŸŽ‰, all while keeping your sugar intake in check!

Letโ€™s make breakfast a little sweeter, the sugar-free way! ๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿšซ

P.S. Sweetened with our favourite ZUKR โ€“ these pancakes are an excellent choice for those sugar-craving moments! ๐Ÿฅž๐Ÿ’•

SUGAR-FREE ZUKR PANCAKE

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup flour

  2. 1 tbsp ZUKR sugar substitute

  3. 1/2 tsp salt

  4. 1 1/2 cups milk

  5. 2 eggs

  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract

  7. 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter

  8. Cooking spray/butter for pan

Prep Time: 30 mins โณ

Approximately 130 calories ๐Ÿ“Š

Servings: 8 crepe pancakes ๐Ÿฅž

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, ZUKR, and salt.

  2. Whisk milk, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.

  3. Combine wet with dry ingredients.

  4. Add melted butter to the batter.

  5. Rest batter for 10 mins.

  6. Cook 1โ„4 cup batter per crepe in a greased skillet, 1-2 mins per side.

  7. Serve warm with berries and ZUKR.
