Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp almond flour (approx. 16g)

  • 1 tbsp melted butter (approx. 14g)

  • 1 tbsp ZUKR (approx. 12g / 1/16 cup)

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp rainbow sprinkles

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mug.

  2. Microwave for 1 minute. Sprinkle additional sprinkles on top if desired.
