So, here are some AMAZING tips to make healthy cooking with your kids a joyous part of your family routine🔽🔽

🩷 Smoothie Bike: For a fun and physical twist, set up a "smoothie bike" where kids can pedal to power a blender and make their smoothies!

🩷 Healthy Baking Sessions: Dedicate a day to baking healthier versions of favourite treats, such as cookies or muffins, using alternative sweeteners like ZUKR! Share photos of the baking process and the tasty outcomes!

🩷 Farm-to-Table Story Time: Create a story time session where you read books about farming, vegetables, and healthy eating!

Made with ZUKR, they're a shameless invitation to indulge in the sweeter side of healthy eating, proving that nutritious can also mean delicious!🧁

Ingredients

  1. 250g ZUKR

  2. 250g self-raising flour (or alternative)

  3. 2 tsp baking powder

  4. 250g softened butter

  5. 50ml plain yogurt

  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract

  7. 5 eggs

  8. Freeze-dried raspberry sprinkles

  9. 150ml double cream, sweetened with 25-30g ZUKR

Prep Time: 40 mins ⏳

Approximately 450 calories 📊

Servings: 12 servings 🥣

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Melt butter.

  2. Mix butter, ZUKR, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, and yoghurt until smooth.

  3. Fold in flour.

  4. Fill cupcake cases 3/4 full in tray.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes, cool.

  6. Sweeten cream with ZUKR, and whisk to peaks.

  7. Pipe cream on cupcakes, add sprinkles and serve.
