Finding Balance: Enjoying Holiday Treats Without Guilt

The holidays are all about joy and celebration, which often includes indulging in delicious food. The key is moderation. Savour small portions of your favourite treats to satisfy cravings without overindulging. Remember, it's about enjoying the moment without regret.
Top Tips for Staying Active During Festive Seasons

Staying active doesn’t have to be a chore. Incorporate fun activities like family walks, sledding, or even dance-offs in your living room. Try ice skating, building a snowman, or engaging in a friendly snowball fight with friends. These moments not only boost your mood but also keep you moving.

Cool and enjoy: Let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove them from the pans and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Tips
Customize your cake: Add a layer of your favorite frosting or sprinkle with chopped nuts for extra flavor.
Storage: Keep in an airtight container for up to a week, or freeze for longer freshness.
