Believe us, today's recipe is a wonderful treat that's perfect for ANY family occasion 🍪👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

POWERHOUSE GRANOLA GUILT-FREE

This week, we're excited to share our Family Fun delight with the Powerhouse Granola Guilt-free, It's a delightful treat packed with nuts, seeds, coconut oil, and a touch of cinnamon, made healthier and just as delicious with ZUKR – our organic sugar substitute😃

P.S. ZUKR is Ideal for maintaining stable energy levels throughout the day – perfect for busy families on the go! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups rolled oats

  2. 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts), chopped

  3. 1/2 cup mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flax)

  4. 1/4 cup ZUKR

  5. 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  6. 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  7. 1/2 tsp salt

  8. 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Prep Time: 35 mins ⏳

Approximately 250 calories 📊

Servings: 6 🥣

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. Mix oats, nuts, seeds, ZUKR, coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.

  3. Spread mix evenly on the sheet, pressing down for uniformity.

  4. Bake 20-25 min until golden, stirring at 10-min intervals.

  5. Cool on the sheet for extra crispiness.

  6. Add coconut flakes post-cooling.

  7. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

  8. Enjoy with yoghurt, milk, or solo as a snack!
