Easy Swaps:

😇 Fruit for Sugar in Desserts: Use mashed bananas, apple sauce, or dates to sweeten your baked goods naturally🌿

😇 Herbal Teas Instead of Sugary Drinks: Choose herbal teas with fresh fruits, or sparkling water as refreshing alternatives!

😇 Dark Chocolate Over Milk Chocolate: Choose dark chocolate with a high cocoa content for a less sugary treat that's rich in antioxidants!

Mindful Tips:

 Read Labels Carefully - Keep in mind that sugar can hide in unexpected places, such as condiments, sauces, and packaged snacks!

 Portion Control- Consider serving meals on smaller plates to visually reduce portion sizes and prevent overeating!

RAVISHING RASPBERRY FOOL WITH ZUKR

Crafted for those who cherish both health and taste, this Ravishing Raspberry Fool is a testament to absolute deliciousness with health🧁

With just a handful of ingredients and simple steps, you're set to whip up a dessert that's bound to become a favourite🩷😋

P.S.  This Raspberry Fool is not just a dessert, it’s a promise of joy in every spoonful without the guilt🍰

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)

  2. 1/2 cup ZUKR

  3. 1 tbsp lemon juice

  4. 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

  5. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  6. Raspberries and mint for garnish (optional)

Prep Time: 15 mins ⏳

Approximately 330 calories 📊

Servings: 6 Servings 🧁

Instructions

  1. Blend raspberries, ZUKR, and lemon juice until smooth.

  2. Strain to remove seeds, if preferred.

  3. Whip heavy cream and vanilla to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.

  4. Fold raspberry mix into cream for a marbled look.

  5. Adjust the raspberry amount to taste.

  6. Divide into dessert dishes and chill for 2 hours.

  7. Garnish with raspberries and mint before serving cold.
