As we embrace mindful eating with our families, what better way to practice it than with a delicious treat everyone can enjoy? 

Right? So, this week, we're thrilled to share a recipe close to our hearts- ZERO Regrets Chocolate Fudge Brownies😊🍫

ZERO REGRETS CHOCOLATE FUDGE BROWNIES

Get ready to bake a batch of the most delicious, yet completely guilt-free brownies. Made with wholesome ingredients and sweetened with our trusty ZUKR, these brownies promise all the chocolatey goodness without the sugar overload. Whether it's a family get-together or a quiet evening at home, these brownies are sure to bring smiles and satisfaction! 😍

Brownie Ingredients:

  1. 200g unsweetened dark chocolate (70% or higher)

  2. 250g unsalted butter

  3. 80g cocoa powder

  4. 65g plain flour

  5. 1 tsp baking powder

  6. 450g ZUKR

  7. 4 large eggs

Fudge Topping Ingredients:

  1. 100g unsweetened dark chocolate (70% or higher)

  2. 100-150g ZUKR (to taste)

  3. 100ml double cream

Prep Time: 5 mins ⏳

Approximately 210 calories πŸ“Š

Servings: 1 square brownie pieceπŸͺ

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180Β°C/350Β°F. Line 24cm square tin.

  2. Melt chocolate and butter.

  3. Mix cocoa, flour, baking powder, and ZUKR.

  4. Combine dry mix with chocolate. Add beaten eggs.

  5. Bake in the tray for 25 mins.

  6.  Cool in the tray.

For Fudge Topping:

  1. Warm cream and chocolate in a saucepan until melted 

  2. Off the heat, whisk in 100g ZUKR (add 50g more for extra sweetness)

  3. Pour warm sauce over brownies and serve warm.
