Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1/3 cup melted butter

  • 1/2 cup ZUKR

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 4x8-inch loaf pan.

  2. Mix the butter with the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Add in the ZUKR, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

  4. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and blend gently.

  5. Add the flour and mix until the batter is well-combined but do not overmix.
