It's because sugar activates the brain's reward system, giving a sense of pleasure and achievement. This response can make us see sugar as a go-to reward!

STRAWBERRY CUPCAKES
This week, we're excited to share a recipe that's close to our hearts and perfect for your taste buds, Strawberry Cupcakes!🧁😋
Ingredients
200g self-raising flour
200g powdered ZUKR
200g softened margarine/butter
4 eggs (or egg substitute)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
Prep Time: 5 mins ⏳
Approximately 210 calories 📊
Servings: 1 mug cake🧁
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Line a muffin tin with liners.
Cream margarine/butter and ZUKR. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Fold in flour and Greek yoghurt.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 18-20 minutes.
Cool cupcakes on a wire rack.
For Topping:
Whip double cream, and fold in powdered ZUKR and vanilla.
Once cool, top cupcakes with cream, strawberries, and freeze-dried strawberries.
Serve and enjoy!😋
