  • 7g instant yeast

  • 1 tbsp ZUKR

  • 150ml warm water

  • 3 tbsp tahini

  • 2 tbsp cocoa

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Mix Dough: Combine the bread flour, instant yeast, and ZUKR in a large bowl. Gradually add the warm water, tahini, and olive oil, mixing until you form a soft dough.

  2. Let Rise: Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.

  3. Prepare Filling: In a small bowl, mix the remaining tahini and cocoa. Once the dough has risen, spread the tahini-cocoa mixture evenly over it.

  4. Shape: Roll up the dough, twist it into a loaf shape, and place it in a lightly greased loaf pan.

  5. Bake: Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Bake the loaf for 25 minutes or until it's golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
