Ingredients:
100g browned butter
100g black sesame, ground
100g flour or gluten-free blend
80g ZUKR
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking soda
Method:
Cream the browned butter and ZUKR until smooth.
Add the ground black sesame, flour, egg, and baking soda. Mix until well combined.
Roll the dough into balls, flatten slightly, and place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 175°C (347°F) for 12 minutes or until edges are crisp.
